And Breathe....

Wow, I can’t believe it is the middle of September. Where has the summer gone? It’s been a hectic one for me. My little girl is on the brink of crawling, my four year old has started pre-school and my stone art continues to draw admiring glances.

The latest good news for the business came in the form of a web award nomination in the most useful site category. While I am not sure how useful stone art is, I am delighted to be up for an award.

I am equally delighted to have my pieces now stocked in three venues. From the Kilbaha Gallery and crafts in Loop head, Clare to the Craft Mill in Kells, Kilkenny and more recently the Hotel Doolin in Clare.

It is amazing to think that it is just 12 months since I received my first order. It has been an amazing year and I am delighted with all the support I have received.

I have sent stone art pieces to England, Scotland and America not to mention here in Ireland and the feedback from everyone has been incredible.

There is still much to do however, I have recently introduced some new lines, “home tweet home” & “the wedding arch” with many more to follow.  My new “old” favourites, “Young Couple” and the “Baby Foot” continue to prove most popular.

Right that’s my update for you, I better get back to it.

Cheers,

Oonagh K

Wedding season is upon us...

When  you are 21 you spend your time going to 21st birthday parties. All of a sudden you hit your late 20's/ early 30's  and you spend all your time going to weddings :)

While every couple appreciates receiving money on their wedding day, I always love to give a small gift as well that they can keep and that reminds them of their special day for years to come.

Trying to come up with a creative gift idea for the bride and groom can be difficult - you want it to be unique, personal and leave a lasting impression.

I have designed a new wedding range of pebble art pieces that can be personalised with the date and names of the happy couple that is guaranteed to have them smiling.

I hope you like....
